Shipping policy

Your order will be processed and shipped from our Chinese headquarters. The order will be processed within 2 working days after the purchase, but there may be delays during the promotion period and when new products are launched. Standard international express delivery usually takes about 7 - 14 working days for international shipments. Remote areas require an additional 3-5 working days. NXEDC offers free shipping services for international orders with a total amount exceeding $39.

For international orders, valid phone numbers and email addresses are required. Failure to provide this information may cause delays or even make it impossible for your order to be delivered. Please ensure that you provide this information accurately during the checkout process to avoid any problems.

In the event that an attempted delivery is not successful, and we are notified by the shipping company, we will attempt to contact the purchaser via email. If the purchaser still does not respond to either us or the shipping company within the holding time frame specified by the shipper, the item will be returned. Under such circumstances, where we have made all possible effort to ensure the shipment of an item, we will not offer a full refund or free re-shipping for the purchase. If the purchaser requires the item to be re-shipped, the shipping cost will be quoted and paid before re-shipping. If the purchaser requests a refund, once the item has been received and checked, the cost of the original shipping as well as $10 processing fee will be deducted from the original paid amount before the remainder is refunded. 

If an item has been shipped but not received, the purchaser must contact us within 15 days of of the shipment date to notify us. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you and act in good faith. However, if you contact us after 30 days, we cannot guarantee refund or replacement unless you have proof from the shipper that the item was not delivered. Any refund or store credit will be at our discretion otherwise.
