Redemption and Usage Methods

Redeem by entering the unique code of the gift card at checkout. The code is not case sensitive.

The balance of the gift card can be used for multiple orders, as long as there is still a balance.

The balance will be applied to the total order value, including shipping fees.

It can be used in conjunction with discount codes.

Multiple gift cards can be used in a single order.

Other discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift cards, and the 5% automatic discount is not applicable either.

Usage Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

If the gift card balance is greater than or equal to the total order amount, the customer can directly complete the order; if the balance is insufficient, an additional payment method needs to be selected.

Check Balance

The balance will be automatically updated across all sales channels.

Customers can access the gift card page through the link in the gift card email to check the balance.
