Light Across the Sea, Warmth of Summer Nights

This summer, a joyful Bingo Evening came to a heartfelt close at Résidence du Colombier under L’association parentale Les Elfes in Tours, France. This charity event was initiated by our long-term loyal customer Claire from France and her team. It marks the second time NXEDC has sponsored community welfare programs run by this organization.
Invited by our valued customer Claire, NXEDC supplied fidget toys as prizes for the Bingo Evening. When residents of Résidence du Colombier received their prizes, pure and genuine joy lit up their faces. These precious moments touched every member of the NXEDC team. For the residents joining the event, these small prizes were more than rewards for winning games. They represented kindness, showing they are seen and cherished.
Supporting the charity activities of L’association parentale Les Elfes for the second time carries special meaning for NXEDC. Beyond products and trade, we deeply treasure this bond with our loyal customer Claire, a connection that goes far beyond simple business transactions. Claire built this bridge, allowing NXEDC to cross borders and deliver small acts of kindness to people far away.
The value of business lies not only in selling products but also in passing on warmth. We firmly believe kindness, no matter how small, can brighten ordinary people’s daily lives. Moving forward, NXEDC looks forward to partnering with customers around the globe to join more heartfelt charity projects and bring warmth to more communities.
L’association parentale Les Elfes provides accommodation and support for people with intellectual disabilities, creating a caring living space for residents. This summer Bingo Evening holds simple yet touching hopes: to bring residents together for warm, friendly and relaxing gatherings. It serves as a special finale to the institution’s three-week summer event series and encourages more social interaction.
All funds raised during this event will go toward caring for two special animal members of the facility — the cats Chamallow and Chapito. Lively games, waves of laughter, and the company of these two lovely cats filled the whole evening with a soothing, healing atmosphere.
