We really don't want customers who placed orders in advance without waiting for the Black Friday offers to feel regretful. After all, being happy is more important than anything else. So we've prepared more extra offers for customers who placed orders recently
(Customers who placed orders between 00:00 EST on November 10th and 10:00 EST on November 28th can log in to the account used for placing the order or fill in the email address used for the order settlement on the order settlement page to view the final offers).

1. During the event, due to the large number of orders, there may be inventory discrepancies for some products, resulting in shipping delays. I placed an order a couple of days ago and now I received an email informing me of a recalculated discount on my order. I therefore got a refund even after the sale was final – they didn’t have to do that. It’s a great surprise and a really nice service. I’m very grateful and positively surprised.
